RETURNS

New and unused merchandise can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) or third-party billing for returned merchandise. 

 


HOW DO I RETURN ONLINE? 

  1. Email us (info.satana@phydaxa.com.twto alert us of a return

  2. Cut the external label off your original package and place it inside the return package

  3. Pack and seal the product securely inside the return package

  4. Please ship the package to the following address:

satana is not responsible for any shipping, handling, boxing fees, or other additional charges on returned items and will not refund original shipping charges. 

We will issue a full refund (excluding the above stated charges), to the original form of payment within 30 business days. 

Please note we only accept online returns from purchases made through the satana international site. 

 


HOW LONG WILL A CREDIT CARD REFUND TAKE?

It may take 14 to 18 days for us to process your refund. During peak times, processing may take longer, so please be patient!

It can take up to 2 or 3 billing cycles for your credit refund to appear on your statement. 

 


DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at the moment - however, if you do need to exchange a product, we recommend you return the original item and place a new order. This will ensure that you get your desired bag as quickly and efficiently as possible!
